Botulinum Toxin (BTX)

Botulinum Toxin (BTX) is FDA approved for the treatment of frown lines. It is a natural, purified protein produced by a bacteria, that works by relaxing the muscles of facial expression, softening frown lines, forehead lines and around-the-eye wrinkles ('crow's feet') to create a smoothed, rejuvenated and more youthful appearance. It is a simple non-surgical procedure that only takes less than a few minutes. It can also be used to slim down prominent jaw muscles for a more heart-shaped face, lift the eyebrow and to reduce excessive perspiration in the underarm areas, palms and soles.

Botulinum Toxin (BTX) gives visible results within seven days and keeps the muscles relaxed for 3 - 4 months. Clinical studies show the duration of effect increases after repeated injections, so you may require less frequent injections in future to maintain the result you choose.
